Pledge soapy woodwash. Put a bit in the mop bucket and mop as normal...comes up spotless.

theres these kinda floor wipers you can get. electrostatic. they pick up dust reallygood. otherwise you can get some cleaner which you dilute in water. works good..i use it x

An electric polisher is the thing -- but failing that do not put to much wax on at a time and really spread a little over a large area.
i just use soap and water for my floors and it turns out great without having to buy any thing except if u dont have a bucket or sponge thingy.
I put liquid flash in my hot water and i don't get any smears!
on your hands and knees with just hot water and when needed use a little Murphy's oil soap I also use a tarry cloth towel and dry it as I go
