First time doing loundry?
Question:I have a pair of blue shorts, blue boxers, grey shirt and black shirt.. can you put all of this in the washing machine at one time? im 17 and moms in bed so I cant really get her to do it or ask her help

Yes, if none of them is a thin or fine fabric. If they are "play clothes", sure. I separate clothes not only by color, but by weight so the lighter ones don't get chewed up by the heavier ones in the washer.
Use cold water, and if any of them are new and never washed before, best to keep them separate.

they should be ok all together, usually darks together and whites together is the general rule. use cold water or warm water and you should be fine!

Sure, just set the machine to "cold cold". Use very little detergent for such a small load. Set the water quantity switch to low. The last two things have nothing to do with the colors not running, but I'd hate to see you flood the laundry room with suds your first time!
yes sweetie, put all the clothes in together on cold water. Do Not use bleach. put the washer on normal wash or dark colors.
