How can I get rid of the 'ring around the tub' that is around the top of my washing machine?

Question:Washer is 5-6 years old and has an ugly ring around the inside of the tub and on the agitator. I'm sure there is dirt where I can't see it too.

Hot water, vinegar, baking soda. Scrub, Scrub, Scrub.

Most likely it is from soap/detergent build up and will melt with real hot water.

go to the store and buy a can of toilet bowl cleaner and try that you will be amazed by how it cleans .

I use Mr. clean bathroom wipes or a Mr. clean eraser to clean the ring around the washer.
