How to get my money back from the Cleaners?
Question:I went to a dry cleaners by my house and brought few of my clothes. Not only i had to go back and forth because they didnt do it right, they ruined one of my father's shirts. The guy who works there keep saying they cant do anything to fix it and I told him i wanted them to replace the shirt. He kept saying that he would talk to the owner. After coming back the second time, still no results because he kept saying the owner never showed up. I am very pissed because i cant do anything to resolve this...anyone have had this problem before ? help me what should i do?

Call the BBB (better business bureau) and file a complaint.Call the store ,ask for manager,then ask name of person you speak with,them inform them that a complaint is going to be filed to the BBB if not resolved.they will get back with you.Write down every time you went called or tried to resolve the issue..they will call you...
is it owned buy one person or is it a llc or inc company look at the sign if its owned by a person you can find out there name by looking the comapny up at the county tax office online allso contact the better bussines bureu
