List the quality control measures at your establishment.?
Question:this was asked in a hotel managment course. if u could tell me what they mean? i have no acess to a hotel and the text books have no answers. any help is appreciated!

for us it is walking through the room and looking for things that you wouldn't normally look for with cleanliness etc... Making sure that every room looks the same as far as supplies. Looking through the lobby or other public areas for cleanliness.
My guess is that quality control in a hotel setting is based on customer satisfaction.cleanliness of the rooms and common areas , etc. They want to know what measures are taken to see that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment for both the customer and the staff. Also are the regulations and policies being followed and adhered to. Quality control is making sure the place of business is running like a fine tuned machine and when a problem arises it is quickly taken care of. Hope this helps.
