What is the best and easiest way to take off little glued on sequins off of a shirt?

There is no real good way to do this. No matter what method you use, you run the risk of ruining the shirt. Still, here are some ideas.

Turn the shirt inside out, use another cloth to protect the shirt, and iron on top of it. The heat can soften any adhesive there and you can then "pluck" the sequins off carefully. Or place the shirt in the dryer, let it heat up a little (not too much), and then to remove the sequins.
