How to get gum off my comforter?

Question:Apparently either me or my husband went to bed with gum in our mouths. Then the dog did her thing and smear it all across the bottom half of the comforter. The ironic thing is that I just bought it 4 days ago...HELP!

Answers:
Pour Cutex Nail Polish Remover over the gum and work with your fingers, this easily removes gum from all fabrics without leaving a stain or mark.

Hope this helped!

Go to a custodial/janitorial supply store and buy some gum remover. It freezes the gum so that you can just scrape it off. It is normally used to remove gum and candle wax from carpet, but will work on your comforter.
I'd try rubbing an ice cube on a small area at a time and scraping it off with a butter knife. Also, mineral oil will take it out, but you'll have to get the comforter cleaned if it's not machine washable.

My grandmother did this for my gum accidents all the time when I was little. And, I called my mom and she said the same thing.

Good Luck!
Peanut butter or an ice cube.
by using shout because i had gum on my pants shout disovled it i could remove the gum
ice cubes will harden it and crumbs off the ice will freeze the gum and it crumbles a part
