Question:

Answers:
put a class bowl/measuring cup ful lof water in the microwave and nuke it on high for 3-4 minutes. take it out and wipe it all down (it will be all steamy and everything will come off really easy!) and you're done! easy stuff.

I would take the plate out and rinse and scrub with dishsoap, then spray the microwave from top to bottom with a de-greasor like Ecover (because its non-toxic) and use a dab of baking soda on a sponge to scrub the stuff that doesn't wipe away, and a rag to shine it.

*Here's an extra hint: put a bowl of baking soda in microwave to ensure freshness and deoderizing between uses.
I believe what's better is the baking soda bcuz it take s away all of the things and even the odors
Fill a large glass microwave safe bowl with hot water. Add lemon juice. Maybe a quarter cup. Microwave for 20 minutes, but check after 10. If you have to scrub at all, microwave for the additional 10 mins. This works great on VERY messy microwaves. Don't forget to clean the glass tray on the bottom.
