I have had that machine for a couple of years now and never had any serious problems. Just looked through the instruction book, but it does not mention a filter. You could phone Hotpoint direct on 08709 066 066, Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm. They are very helpful on the phone. Good luck
It is at the bottom of the machine on the front right side, the base cover is a swine to get off! And the filter is behind it!
Not sure i have that one but i am having issues with my hotpoint washer dryer making a noise, we had a look for the filter behind the kick plate at the bottom, there is a red thingy but you are not to open it - i called the helpline and they told me not to open the red thingy and get an engineer out to look
no i havent got one but my gran smokes pot.
I used to have one of those machines, but I don't remember it having a filter, at least, not one that needed attention from me.
