How do i remove a heat injected image patch, "vinyl patch", from a leather jacket?

Question:It looks just like a vinyl patch. It is starting to peel off but i want something to get it completely off without damaging the leather of the jacket.

This kind of patch can not be removed safely, you will just have to allow it to peel or take it to the place where you got the patch in the first place and ask them to remove it for you, I believe they have chemicals to remove such a patch, but am not one hundred percent sure of this fact.
