If it is white you can use bleach other wise just soak it to soap overnight.


if you're still wearing it, just dab it with some cold water
stay away from GEL deoderants!
Get a wet towel and clean it
Soak your clothes in red wine and the white mark will disappear leaving you stain free but stinking like a vineyard
Spray & Wash or Shout. They both work well in getting most stains out of clothes.

I would try the minimal amount of bleach in the wash. Careful not the spoil the colors
I wash mine in warm water and the problem washes away..
