Remove blood from comforter?

Question:Oops, bled last night into my comfortor..wahts a good ay to wash the blood out?

Answers:
Saturate the stain with hydrogen peroxide. It'll bubble like crazy. Then rinse in cold water. Wash as usual. If comforter has already been washed before treating, you may have a stain for life.

you should try pouring peroxide on it
Beleive it or not, the dishwasing liquid "Dawn" is good at removing stain's. What you do is put a drop of "Dawn" wherever the blood stain is and you rub it in. Let the comforter set overnight and wash as usual and the stain should come right out. Oh, and make sure that it is the regular "Dawn". The blue stuff.
Try the commercial brand OxyClean or any generic form, they work great.
use only cold water on the spot plus soak in hydrogen peroxide on the spot an let soak then wash in cold water
why is there.......blood on your couch DID YOU KILL SOME ONE!?!?!?!?!?
I agree with little lulu soak in hydrogen peroxide. My husband is a nurse and soak his nursing scrubs in hydrogen peroxide to get blood stains out of his scrubs.
Put some hydrogen peroxide on it and let it sit.It will take it out,if not add more. Then wash as usual in cold water and Era plus.I use Era all the time and it is great, plus only need half the amount called for.
