"How to" get: Crayon or white-out off a blackboard ?
Question:My young niece decided chalk wasn't enough and used the large/wide crayons and a bit of white-out on a regular blackboard... It's several letters and a scribble of her dog.
I tried to scratch it off with a flat butterknife and it's not coming off. Heat would just melt the crayon and smear it. Ugh !

I know someone must have an idea on getting this off ?
Superfine sand paper ? A spray ?
Thank you in advance !

I'd paint over it. That's what my school does. You can't avoid that from children. So paint over the entire blackboard with black. There's a specific kind of paint. The name escapes me, but I'm sure you can ask at the hardware or the grocery. It seems to work for my school. Good luck.

Mr. Clean Magic Erasers are the best product, you might want to try a little bit of Goo Gone with it.
