Spoon from dishwasher has weird marking on it?
Question:i put my spoons, forks, knives, bowls, saucers, and plates to wash in my dishwasher. the silverware is stainless steel, i just bought not too long ago. i use the square detergent gel things. i took them out after the dishwasher was done and noticed streaks on some, while 2 had a cross, as a marking on it. and when i rub it, it wont come off. the others have something similar like streaks or lines going across but not in the shape of a cross. is this just accidental or does it mean something>?

Maybe you should sell the fork on Ebay.
It means the silverware is cheap and you should buy a better brand ..if they can't survive the dishwasher
I would change my dishwasher liquid and get different silverware.
