Try spraying shaving cream on it and letting it sit for a while before wiping it away.
Try using a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. It's amazing what it will take off of surfaces!
You can get a spray for mildew removal - I found it works better than bleach, but couldn't tell you what's in it. I think it's made by the dettox people, it's in a green spray container, and you'll get it at the supermarket.
I bought a product called HG Mould Spray from Lakeland Plastics. It was quite expensive, but one application made the cubicle shine like new.
bicarb / lemon and a good stiff brush
Bleach and water 50/50 brush it on the marks with a toothbrush, leave for 10 mins and rinse. Sometimes you find that some of these black marks never come off and you will need to replace the mastic.
Bicarbonate of soda is anti fungal, you can sprinkle it on then add a few drops of white vinegar. Rinse and repeat as needed.
If its got into the plastic it won't shift.
Try the Mr. Clean Magic eraser...they do wonders...=)
