Hydrogen peroxide... first try to dab it out using a wash cloth if that doesn't work you will need to soak the stainn with the peroxide, let it sit a bit then dab/rub, followed by using a blow dryer to get the mattress completely dry... Good luck

Hairspray and water. Just spray the can into the stain, and pour water on it immediatly afer spraying. Then dry the stained area. Keep doing this until the stain is gone. This also works on ink stains.
peroxide will remove the blood unsure of urine though
I would use hydrogen proxide for the blood stain because I use it on blood stains. It even takes out old blood stains. For the urine I would try bleach and hot water if that didn't work I would see about getting a carpet cleaner. I'd use a carpet cleaner on my mattress if I had too.
