What are the best "green" household cleaners?
Question:And where can I get them?
Thanks.
Answers:
You can get Modern household cleaners by Simple Green at Lowes and Big Lots. They even make "green" cleaners for the laundry, too. Some items, like baking soda, lemon juice and vinegar you probably already have in your pantry.
baking soda? white vinegar? at your grocery store
Simple Green and Windex available everywhere.
Items by Seventh Generation can be bought at Shaw's or Big Y Supermarkets. We have used both and have been pleased with the results. Baking Soda and Vinegar work well but I don't have the time or inclination to mix it up myself.
Believe it or not.household ammonia is a green cleaner. Ammonia is essential to all plant life, and is made naturally by bacteria on the roots of plants. It makes them grow and turn green.
And it's a good cleaner

Baking soda, peroxide, white vinegar, etc
Good Luck
Vinegar , when using it on floors use 3 cups to 2 gallons of water. For counters use a spray bottle 1/2 vinegar to half water and just wipe. Use it diluted for windows, pure for toilets and tubs.
vinegar, lemon juice, Baking Soda, tooth paste, water!
You can find them at the store!
do you mean all natural products? this webite has a free recipe section that is easy to follow, and they have quite a few on home cleaning stuff using essential oils.
Seventh Generation is great! They have a multi purpose that works for all surfaces plus glass, so you only need one cleaner( you can get it at shaws). Imus Ranch cleaners are great too and you can also get them at shaws or Imusranchfoods.com.
There's also Borax, I think it's used as a natural laundry detergent, among other things - you can find it in a big box in the grocery store cleaning aisle (usually top or bottom shelf, not in the middle). Greenpeace has an article on some "green" cleaners you can prepare. (see link)
