you have to wash them sometimes
There is special stain/spot remover you can get at most pet stores.it's $$ but the only thing that works.
Use an enzyme cleaner. Most pet stain/odor removers are enzyme type.
you can't really get rid of it all,you will always be able to smell it even if it is subconsciously
