Question:what is the name for stagnent water and what disese does it cause its in my kitchen horrible i know but trying to get a new kitchen lol

Hi jo where is the stagnant water coming from? We had the same problem in our kitchen and I have just repaired it. The problem was grease build -up in the drain pipes and when the washing machine ran the sink filled with smelly water. I renewed the pipes from the sink to the drains and put the washing machine on a separate pipe run
