Duh - the blood stains from the murdered body you buried under your patio. All I can say is ask Rosemary West. I reckon she would be an expert.
Try Cillit Bang, bleach or a mould remover.
Try diluting bleach in water ,brush it all over and leave for 10 minutes then rinse off.
Have you tried bleach.
Or a mixture of Fairy liquid and washing powder
Its obviously some sort of fungal problem, you could try some fungal killer or how about some bleach.
It sounds like mold...
DON'T use bleach.. It will only partially clean your deck. I would suggest MoldZyme. It "removes mold and mildew stains on any surface that is washable with water".
-It's 100% bio-degradable, ecologically safe, and harmless to humans, animals, marine and plant life. Safe to use near open flames and in limited ventilation areas.
-It even protects the surface with an anti-magnetic finish to inhibit dust and grime build-up.
-Applications: Bathrooms, kitchens, basements. Bath houses, boats. Crawl spaces, ducts & vents. Walls, floors, ceilings & roofs. Patios & wood decks. etc.
-Surfaces: Concrete, Cinder Blocks, Bricks, Stone, Aluminum Siding, Vinyl Siding, Ceramic Tiles, Wood, Wall board, Sheet Rock, Plastic, Leather, and more.
Not recommended for silk, linen, antiques or collectibles. Severe stains may be permanent and irremovable.
