How do you clean up the white powder mess from a fire extinquisher being sprayed on concrete?

Question:Vandals took the fire extinguishers off the wall of the condo unit and sprayed the powder all over the pool deck which is made up of cement/brick pavers.

First remove all the white powder that you can. Then with a stiff brush and Dawn dish soap scrub at the mixture. It may take 2 times to get the mixture off. To return the concrete to the originally color visit Home Depot, they have concrete restore but first you need to get the spot cleaned. Good luck
