I like to use warm water with a little vinegar in it. I use soft cloths to wash with and old bath towels to dry. However, be careful that that the towels and cloths have not been washed in a load that fabric softener was used, for this will cause streaks. I find that window cleaners and paper towels leave more streaks than they clean.
Get windex and newspaper. It's a weird combo but it works great try it and it shall be squeaky clean.
i heard newspapers are the best way to get that "streak-free" shine!
use windex, then wipe down with newspaper.i guess the ink in the newspaper eliminates streaking
you take some windex and some paper towel and spray the windex on the window then you wipe away the windex with a paper towel!!!
Use hot soapy water and then buff them off with a crumpled up newspaper or a lint free cloth. If you have paint spots on them, scrape them with a razorblade first
glass cleaner or a white vinegar and water solution, then wipe with old newspaper, prevents streaking
All paper towels leave a certain amount of "fluff" behind. Use newspaper instead of paper towels. If you don't want to get print on your hands, then get some of the paper that packers use to wrap plates and stuff when you're moving.
Windex is a good product, but if you don't have any on hand then vinegar and water work well.
The best way I've found is to get unprinted newspaper from your local paper. They usually have leftover rolls that haven't been printed on (i.e. no ink on them) and will sell them to you if you ask. That paper is excellent for cleaning because it doesn't leave streaks. Try a vinegar based cleaner like Windex or use something with a small amount of ammonia in it. Wipe down using the paper as your rag! Good luck!
windex and believe it or not, don't use a cloth or paper towel to wipe.Use newspaper. It works.
