I always use hot water and soap if that dont work try a kitchen cleaner like Lysol that takes alot of stuff off
I am a hair stylist and I clean everything with hot water and soap , it's simple and it works.

rubbing alcohol
warm soapy water or alcohol would work.
Rub a piece of butter,then wash with hot water and soap.
