How do you get eyeliner stains out of the carpet?

try alcohol .. not the kind you drink but for cuts!! it get blood out and also other car paint off ur cars paint .. worth a shot and cheap .. like 2 bucks a bottle ..
Use a little of your own dish washing up liquid. Add a little and rub the stain with your fingers, then with a sponge wipe. rinse with cold water. Then I can suggest you lay a towel over the wet patch, with a heavy object on top of the towel. This will help soak up any remaining water from the underside of your carpet. If you can leave over night like this , then allow to dry with natural air
