Laundry room - building one?

Question:i am building a house and was wondering should I put 2 reg size washer and dryers or buy a set of the buy kind? I do alot of laundry

Sell the smaller set and get a nice new set of large capacity washer and dryer. Get a front-loader washer - they're great! Just don't get fooled into the fancy buttons and controls - a basic one is just fine, like from Sears. Ours automatically adjusts for small loads, it figures out how heavy the load is and adds the appropriate amount of water, so you don't have to feel bad about needing to run a small load now and then. We have a Kenmore front-loader, LOVE IT!
