Blood spots on my shirt - how do I remove?

After being washed so many times I don't know if this will still work.But on fresh blood stains the saliva of the the person who did the bleeding usually breaks down the protein of the blood and then rinse in cold water.
i use hydrogen peroxide, to remove blood even after it has been washed and sat for a while
