Use a stain-resistant cleaner-they have them for fabrics, you may be able to find this at any Home & Garden type store.
wash them or get a duvet.

Many a time my kids school t-shirts go a bit dingy lookin so I soak them in scoldin hot water with a bit of bleach then I put them in the washer n wash them as normal.

pre wash on 90degrees use vanish or bleach in wash make sure its plain whites if u bleach no wollies on this wash wash every week wait till little one is asleep they wont notice then
