Depends on the type of ink. If it's ballpoint, Hairspray. spray the ink stain with it, then wash normally...other types I don't know
leave it for a few hours to soak in milk then rinse and wash as normal
Totally Toddler, which is found at Toys R Us, has never failed to remove a stain from anything I've ever used it on. Everyone in my family swears by it, and it's useful even if you don't have children.
Hair spray or take 1/4 thcup rubbing alcohol and 1/2 cup of water and pour it on the stains, let it set and then wash with dish detergent scrub, that should do it.
Hairspray on it to soak it through then use some self-cleaner spray and let it sit.
