What's the best way to clean my dishes?

Question:greasy pots and pans

Answers:
Dawn dishwashing soap (original formula) is great for greasy pots and pans. Use very hot water and let them soak for a little while and the grease and any food that is stuck to the pan will come off easily.

I buy Scotch Brite heavy duty scouring pads to use on my stainless steel cookware, but a sponge with a scrubby on one side is great for other types of pots and pans.

Hot water a good sponge with a scratcher on one side and some good ol Palmolive dish soap, scrub a dub and it is clean.
Get the bulk of the grease out first (before wetting) you can use a paper towel.
Then use a scrubby sponge with dishwashing liquid.
If you like to soak stuff first, soak in electric dishwasher detergent.
The grease or baked on stuff will slide right off.
Wash it and scrub the stuff inside off first. Then take soap and let it soak in hot hot water for about a hour then come back and wash it. If there was anything stuck inside it should of soaked off. <3
I worked in a diner and greased lightening worked perfect.
Minimal scrubbing, ( leaves hands dry though)
Disinfecting Pots and Pans
# Regularly:Carefully wipe the insides and outsides of pans with a soapy sponge while they are still warm, before grease settles and hardens. But never plunge a hot pan into cold water; it may warp.

# When Needed: Sometimes even the hottest, soapiest water won't cut the greasy residue of high-heat cooking. For scorched food residue on stainless-steel pots and pans, Chris Sommer of All-Clad Metalcrafters recommends the following recipe: Fill the pan halfway with water and add about a tablespoon of dishwasher detergent. Bring the solution to a simmer (but don't let it boil over, since it can stain the sides). Let boil for 20 to 30 minutes. Take the pan off the burner and let cool. Pour out the liquid, then use Bon Ami for a final scrub. Rinse.
