How Clean is Your House? Would you let them in?

Question:I like to watch BBC's How Clean is Your House. It is appalling yet funny. I don't know how people can live like that! What is sad there are quite a few homes like that, here and abroad. However, if my house were like those, I could not let them come in an broadcast it to the entire country. Would you be so desperate as to let someone in and film it for a free cleaning?
