how does it smell?
TERRIBLE!
Perhaps its a lack of washing
Well maybe if you used soap when you took a shower you wouldn't smell.
you smell? Probably you are a heavy smoker, if so you must quit smoking. If not a smoker then you need to see a doctor and have tests done on your glands, you may be suffering from a medical condition with some of your glands or you need to try showering more often and try a better laundry detergent with your clothes when washing them. The deoderant you are using may also be the part of the problem as it may not be reacting with your body properly. In this case speak to a pharmacist at a drug store pharmacy, they will be able to best advise you. Good luck!
The best way not to smell is bathe everyday. If you are a girl, shave your armpits and use antiperspirant deodorant. Keyword is ANTIPERSPIRANT. If you are a guy just use the antiperspirant. Wash your hair at least once per week. don't wear a shirt more than twice in a row without washing it. Brush your teeth twice a day and have a dental check up (you might have gingevitis which makes your breath really bad and eventually your teeth fall out. Dentists have treatments for it. Never wear your socks again after playing sport (put them in the wash). If you eat ridiculous amounts of garlic it can seep out your poors, so you may need to cut back on that. Too much cheddar cheese gives you bad breath too. If you still can't get rid of your smell, try drinking liquid chlorophyll. You can buy it from health food stores. Just mix with water and drink everyday
take bath everyday and use soap daily..its as simple as dat..
I give up... why do you smell.
a bath will help you know as there might be mold growing under you arms and feet
it depends what you smell of,if you have an odour of like an onion smell then you should see your gp,because it could be a case of body odour, you can wash and scrub all you like, and you will still have that odour.you,ve asked a difficult question, without much detail.
Maybe, its because you wash too much! research has shown that the bodies natural bacteria (which keep it smelling sweet) are killed by soap/deodorants. I have psoriasis, in my scalp, havnt washed my hair for a year.easier to manage the psoriasis. and no smell. Was a guy who was 'away from civilisation' for about a year, his first comment when he got back to civilisation was 'surely, i must smell' but, he did not, because his bodies natural systems had taken over. Makes you think..
Are you male or female? however, whatever area of your anatomy is foetid, I would suggest a very radical course of action! There is a very unusual retail outlet called BOOTS, that sell an equally unusual product called SOAP. When one uses aforementioned SOAP in conjunction with WATER(do I need to explain) the outcome is a sweet smelling body. However the less intelligent members of the population may need to be reminded that this process must be repeated DAILY.
Because you have a nose!
you could have a medical problem or it is the food you are eating you know what they say you are what you eat if you are having sever odour problems go see your doctor he can help
If you're serious:
It's either YOU:
Bathe with a deoderant soap (Dial); dry off with a clean, unused towel; apply deoderant/antiperspirant; get dressed in clean clothing.
Or, it could be your surroundings:
C'mon, give the place a good scrub. Start by gathering all of the dishes (wash them with Dawn dishsoap), then, the laundry (ditto; wash with a good soap, then use a nice smelling fabric softener, dry them), then, remove all of the garbage and recycling in your abode (take it out to the garbage/recycling cans or the dumpster). Get a pan or bucket of hot, soapy water and a clean wash cloth; wash all of the surfaces in your home. Rinse with hot water. Dry.
If you still stink, perhaps you need to take the mineral zinc (per instructions). ...or you could eat some green and leafy vegetables.
...I'm just sayin'
You didn't mention if you smell good or bad. So I'll say you smell good because you're clean and sanitary. You generally smell bad because of bacteria growth. Smelling is also one of the God-given 5 senses.
;o)
Male or female, you need a daily shower and you need to brush your teeth, you need to wash your clothes, wash your towels, bed linens, pillow cases etc., if there is a smoker in the house, everything stinks, including you and your clothes and your hair and your house, so don't smoke.
Another thing might be that you're not making enough suds with your shampoo or your body soap. For bathing; use Olay body soap or body bath. For your hair shampoo twice with nice smelling shampoo and very warm water, rinse hair, condition and rinse again with cooler water. Use body lotion after your bath, smells cleaner than perfume, try Jergens regular lotion.
Make sure your towels are very clean, don't use smelly towels that smell like Swampfoot or you will smell like your stinky towels. Make sure your clothes are clean and have not been previously worn, or for sure you will smell like a wet barbie.
Store your clothes in a drawer with only clean clothes, don't mix clean and dirty clothes. If your shoes stink, get a new pair and don't dirty them inside, don't wear socks more than once, don't walk around in your socks, don't put on your shoes if your socks got dirty.
If your feet sweat, powder the inside of your shoe and powder your feet before putting on your shoes. Shave your pits first, then apply an antiperspirant-deodorant
Be aware that other people around you will try to avoid you if you stink, and some will come right out and tell you to do something about the BO. Drink lots of water to flush away toxins from your body and use a laxative at least twice a month to clean your insides. You'll feel better about yourself.
