How can I get my laundry done?
Question:I'm a single female living in an apartment by myself. I have no car. I don't drive. So I can't get a to a laundry matt with my laundry. And I don't have enough quarters to do laundry anyways because I"m on SSI and the bank took alot of my money because I was over drafted. I have no reletives in the area who have a washer or drier. I'm sick of wearing dirty clothes. I have bladder control problems and it's sick. What do I do?
Answers:
Do like the women did in the Old Days. In your bathroom sink or bath tub, fill it with nice warm soap water. Then start with the white clothes and go on into the darker ones. Wring each color out by hand. When done with the wash, empty the sink or tub and fill with nice clean water to rinse. Rinse twice and then hang on hanger in your bathroom. You will need to iron the blouses or shirts. As long as you have access to a computer it sounds like your not too bad off. You need to make good choices and keep your clothes from smelling. You need to aim high and do all you can to stay clean. Wash your clothes, out by hand.
You could wash out your clothes in the sink and hang up to dry. Even dish soap or shampoo will help cleanse. If nothing else put in bath tub fill with water and let soak for a few hours then wring out and air dry. Do a few at a time .
personally get rid of the internet and save that money to do the laundry. Or wash them in tub and hang them up to dry.
do you have any neighbors who have a machine you can use?
Hand wash a couple of outfits until you can get to the laundry mat. From your previous questions it sounds like you are religious. Maybe somebody from your church can help you.
fill the tub with water throw in some type of soap roll up your pant legs and hop in use your towel hanger or a long stick to ring out big Pisces hang and dry...now that's old school baby
