My washer machine gets stuck on rinse... whats wrong with it?

sounds like it need a new timer. call Sears - they have two plans. 1st pay $60 something dollars, whatever they find they will apply $60 against your bill. 2nd pay $100 something...they will fix it no matter what. 2nd plan worked out great for me when dryer when out...needed a new motor. cheaper than new dryer. But would have been pissed if it had just been a fuse.
