Use Windex. Just spray the stain, wait about 30 seconds, and soak it up with a paper towel. Don't scrub.

My mother swears by Palmolive... I have used it on the bulk of my stains and it does work most of the time:)
try seltzer water - if not, the clorox pen works really well..
