In mental state if it works good then it does not suck. In a mechanical state if it does not suck, then your mental state is telling you it sucks.

If it is a bad vacuum cleaner it doesn't suck.
It either "f***ing sucks", or it just "bites", and Sometimes it "Eats Sh** and dies" or goes and "f***s itself" if you tell it to do these things.
