Why does this work?
Question:http://homeparents.about.com/cs/househol...
I was poking around the about site and I found this. I was wondering why this works. Whats so great about WD-40? Why does it take off the crayon when used with the dishwashing stuff? If you know please tell me, I would appreciate it!
Answers:
God sent WD-40 down from the heaven so that man could fix squeaky stuff. Asking why it works is questioning God's will and that is just blasphemy.
CRAYONS HAVE OIL IN THEM.WD40 IS AN OIL. THAT IS THE REASON
Good Stuff !! It also works on hurting or stiff joints. To answer you It's a good oil.
The WD40 is a light petroleum solvent, and loosens the crayon, and the dishwashing fluid is a mild degreaser-detergent that washes it away.
I wish i knew good luck in your quest to find out why lol.
WD-40 is good for anything that squeaks or can't turn just put it on and leave it on and try to open it. It probably takes it off with the chemicals that are in WD-40
