Does anyone know about bugs in the tub drains and how to get rid of them?
Question:They almost look like lice or fleas that jump. I thought it was from the no slip stickers in the tub for my son, so I threw them away and yet the bugs are still here. I wash them down, pour bleach and all the chemicals I can think of, but those nasty little things will not go away! Please help!!! Thanks.

Go and get you some Bio-Clean. It is great for your drains and if that doesn't wipe out the bugs, you make have a pipe that is broken down there and letting the bugs in.
if the drain has a plug, plug it up. if its open put a rubber stopper in it. nats is what is sounds like, and i have seen nats around overripe food, bananas mostly, trash, maybe there is a leak in your drain somewhere and waters collecting under the tub? can you check underneath the house or tub? what about slimy stuff stuck in the drain? old hair, and conditioners can create a slime that lines the drains. i bought a long skinny plastic thing with hooklike protrusions on it that will grab as its removed from the drain, oh the YUKKY stuff that came out. GROOSSSS!! i got that from the plumbing dept at home depot.
I would plug the drain up first. It sounds like Nat's but I can't tell for sure because I can't see them. Na ts usually are around fruit so I would try and see if your son might have stuck some fruit down the drain.
