If you have duck tape handy you could try that it has always worked for me. Or you could throw it in the dryer with a softner sheet and a pair of jeans the jeans help tumble better.
you need a de-piller, or however you spell it, the lint roller only gets pet hair and stuff. You need something to scrape that stuff off, a de-piller will do that, its like a razor.
if it is fluff try using masking tape ( make a circle join together at end and turn inside out and do the area.
If you have lint balls on the top then you need to use a de-fuzzer, or you can use a bic razor.. but you must have the article pulled tight and do not dig into the fabric..shave the top with the razor , it works..
Carefully take one of your razors that you shave your legs with, and lay the shirt on a flat hard surface. Holding the shirt taut, begin shaving the little pills off. If you have quite a few pills, you will have to clean the razor (using an old tooth brush or a small brush of some kind) after removing the pills from the razor, continue doing your shirt until all pills are gone. Believe me.this works, but be careful, you don't want to cut your shirt. It takes a little time, but I have done this many, many times over the years on many types of clothing and even sheets.
But, you can also go to many stores that have what is called a clothes shaver which works very well aslo. But until you get one, the above process works great. Below is a site that you can go to to see what one looks like. I also have one of these too, but I still tend to like to use the razor.
