Washing clothes question, CAPOIERA ABADA TROUSERS+TOP?

Question:Ok I just got my capoeira abada trousers and top from my club, thing is they have a big logo across the chest and on the thigh, I also have no idea what it is made from... I was told to wash it in cold water but (since I'm such a newbie on washing clothes) if I have grass stains on it and wash it in cold water would the grass stains come off?

BTW for those who have no idea what material it is made from it feels kinda like a mix of cotton and nylon... its basically really delicate, also my logo seems really easy to fade... Thanks all sorry it took too long to write.

Then u have 2 wash them one after d other 2 c which one is running colour.
