I would replace the drywall all together. If it's just on the surface try bleaching it but unfortunately it's probably deeper than just the surface. When you are pulling off the old drywall make sure to wear a mask and gloves. Also make sure the room has plenty of ventilation, some molds can make you REALLY sick. There is no way to truly clean the mold from a drywall surface. It will continue to grow and spread and rot. Sorry to say this but you'll need to replace that section of drywall and extend it out a few extra feet all around that area to be sure you got it all.
You could technically use bleach, but the problem with mould is that it often signals a problem on the inside of the wall, which requires the care of an expert. If the mould is on the inside, you can't take care of it yourself. It is damaging to the health of those in the home and will cost you big time if you decide to sell the home and a home inspector sees it.

First you must correct the moisture problem. Assuming that's been done, Tilex (bleach/water) will remove surface mold/mildew. If the mold has penetrated the paper, you may have to remove the paper or possibly the sheetrock to prevent recurrence.
mold is a serious thing. I saw this TV show where the dad died b/c of mold. it is very important to get it OUT!!! black mold? that sounds bad. horrible. catastrophic!!!
