What should i use to wash my walls?
Question:Ive been having parties and people have been smoking in the house, so am mlooking for something that i can effectively wash wallpaper with that wont damage the paper!

There is a cleaning product called TSP. It's a powder in a box and available at Home Depot and other hardware stores. We used this to wash the walls at my friend's house before we painted. She's a smoker and it removed all the nicotine stains and everything else for that matter.

Simple soap and warm water with a rag. Soak the rag in the bucket and wipe, but do not saturate the wallpaper with a lot of water or spray the wall directly.

Pine sol and water.use a clean sponge mop so you can reach the top of the wall. Pine sol has many different fragrances pick the one you like. Pine sol also disinfects so I think it is the best.
i suggest you use dish detergent and warm water, using a spray bottle spray it on the wall, then use a car buffer with the cotton cover to wash the wall.
