How to remove olive oil from suede shoes?

Question:olive oil has left two black stains on light brown suede boots.i have tried warm water ,no luck.i would welcome helpful suggestions.

Answers:
It will need a solvent to remove olive oil, try car brake cleaning spray. It comes in a spray can and smells like thinners. Its fairly harmless to most materials and dries quite rapidly, but do it outdoors as it its a bit overpowering and inflammable until its dried out. Test it it first by using the tongue of the shoe, where it will not show if it does not do the job.

I always use a Stanley Knife.
