How can I clean a foam backed rug?

Question:I recently purchased one of those foam kitchen rugs and don't know how to wash it.

If it's the same kind I'm thinking of, you can wash it in your washing machine - maybe at a slower (gentle) speed - in cold water, and then let it air dry.
