Dish soap (not the dish washer kind, but regular dish soap) has worked for me in the past. Soak the stain in a mix of dish soap and water -- the water is necessary because detergents work by helping fats (greases) bond to water.
I had this problem and Greased Lightning (the cleaner) worked for me. I just sprayed a little bit on the stain and let it sit. Then I washed it according to label instructions. My mom told me about Greased lightning. It really gets my brothers' clothes clean she says after they have been working in the yards.
Soak your shirt in cold water, remove from the water. Now add a very small amount of washing up liquid, rub in with your finger tips , leave for a few min´s & rinse with cold water
