When washing the face?
Question:hi there i need to find out something before i do this wrong
warm/hot water wet face apply clearasil on face massage in 40 seconds then stop wet face again with 10 splashes of hot/warm water
then 3 cool water splashes
tell me please this i need to know or im doing it wrong

well the warm water splash first, will open up your pores, then you work in the clearasil, then rinse it off with more warm water, the the cool water will close your pores to help keep out more dirt. thats basically what she's asking you to do. What is she having you put on your face after the cool water? i could suggest a moisturizer with salycilic acid in it, i think clean and clear, makes one. personally i use the neutrogena oil free acne wash while in the shower and moisterize when im done. keeping your face clean is what she wants.
I've always been very particular about caring for my skin and I've never used any sorts of timelines or measures. I don't think it's very important to time how long you massage your face. Though it's not a bad thing to do so - and it feels good - what is more important is that you rinse thoroughly. Yes, use warm water and perhaps cool water afterward, but the main thing is to make sure the cleanser is washed off. Whether that's four or five or ten rinses doesn't matter. If anything just check your skin to see if it has a soapy-feeling film on it. If not, you're done.
you should only use warm water. hot water will burn your skin
Read the instructions on the clearasil bottle
Clean your face twice a day. Morning and evening. After you cleanse, use a non alcohol toner so you return your skin back to a normal ph, then you will need to moisturize even if your skin is oily. Use a non oily moisturizer. I do facials and would need to see your skin but basically this is what you need to do. Good luck.
