Dawn dish washing liquid. or probably any other brand.
It works just as good as any stain remover.
Just rub some one and throw it in the wash!
Put Dawn dish washing liquid before you wash it and rub it in.
Shout spray and Wash in Tide with bleach
Soak in the wash machine with warm water, detergent and ammonia - ammonia is a degreaser and I have used it with husbands mechanics clothes to get them clean and smelling like clothes again.
if none of these other suggestions work.. use SPOT SHOT spray.. i've used it on grease, oil & carpet.. but u may have to let it sit b/4 throwing into washer
Every time you have a protein stain such as grass, oil, grease, food, blood - - put full strength liquid laundry detergent on spot, rub into fabric, wait 3-5 minutes, wash. In a pinch, you could also use dish liquid or shampoo. If it already went thru the dryer cycle, it may take a little more scrubbing instead of just rubbing into fabric - - check it before dryer.
