My washing machine wont agitate sometimes,but will fill & spin?
Question:it does it sometimes.My hubby messed WITH SOMETHING IN THE BACK OF IT & IT HELPED FOR A WHILE ,but it is doing it again...

Could also be a relay switch on your motor's transmission. Not a very hard part to replace, and pretty cheap too, should be less than $35.00. Call an appliance repair shop, tell them you are desperately poor, what the problem of your washer is, and be prepared with the make and model of your washer, and see what they say! Most will give you some free advice and tell you what to buy, then sell it to you if they have it in stock.
try the gentle cycle..mine does it sometimes to and thats what i do and than it works fine..GL
It's a belt. I just went through that, call a professional.
