You could use a wet cloth or sponge or you could use tape, but I think it would be easier just to vacuum up a glittery mess.
If you have a swiffer that should work.. Or a microfiber cloth, vacuum the tile floor.
try a wet swifter they usually work for all sorts of floor cleaning.
If it is a small area use the same trick for getting hair up from upholstery.tape. If it is a large area use a vacuum with the bare floor setting.
I would try a damp sponge. You will probably have to rinse it out frequently if there is much glitter.
