SMOKE ODER ELIMINATOR by zep buy at home depot
I'm not sure about the dresser unless you strip it and refinish it, but I would wash the fridge down with bleach water.
If possible, take them outside for a few days.
Charcoal, coffee grounds, or citrus peels (wrapped up) can help absorb the odors.
Be sure to vacuum and/or wash all surfaces.
It isn't going to be easy. Cigarette Smoke sinks in and can linger for a long time.
The fridge can be cleaned real good with Pine-Sol , or with dawn dish liquid with a little bleach added.
As for the Dresser. I'm guessing that it's wood. I would Make a phone call to a local furniture repair center, they would better know what you could use there.
Good Luck.
the refrigerator should be clean with clorox and liquid soap.
the dresser should be sanded, stripped to natural wood and
refinished any color you desire...
What they've all said. and change the air filter in the fridge!!
chances are it wont come out
Well, I do know that they make "smoke bombs" for cars to get rid of the smoke smell. Maybe cover the dresser in plastic and set the bomb off under it. be sure it won't harm the finish tho. I'd also get scented drawer liners... it doens't have to be flowery.. they make cedar scented liner too. As for the fridge.. I agree that a good scrubbing should do the trick.
