How often should you changes your sheets ( linen )? once a week or twice??

Question:

Answers:
Depends on how much action you get in bed. could be every night or once a week!

That depends...are they dirty? I'd recommend about every week I suppose. but if all you're doing is sleeping in it...then may be ok to stretch that some. I dont have linen sheets, so maybe theyre wrinkly? but that wouldnt matter.
just don't let them get smelly. is it just you on the bed or more people? how about cats and dogs? if your pets are allowed on the bed change the sheets every week or so. if it's just you then every 2-3 weeks maybe?
Once a week...more if you're perspiring or don't have A/C in your bedroom.
I usually change them once a week..
More often in the summer if its really hot..
Don't forget that you are shedding skin all night long even when you are clean.. and change the mattress cover about every two weeks.. hope you have one as they are awesome!
Every week!
Once a week is plenty for any sheets to be changed. Good Luck !
